1. Baked Rosemary and Cardamom Custard
To prepare this recipe you need to boil 600 ml milk with 4 springs of rosemary and 4 pods of cardamom. You need to reduce the amount of the milk. After 15-20 minutes put off the gas and let the milk cool down. In a bowl mix 2 eggs with 2 egg yolks and pour the mixture into the milk. Stir gently and place in ovenproof bowl. You need to place this bowl on a baking dish filled with warm water and have to bake for atleast 40-45 minutes. Give a finishing touch with fruit toppings and serve when chilled.
2. Cold Cocoa Smoothie
This yummy snack is appropriate for summer days with wintry twist. Blend all the ingredients of this recipe which are 1 and ½ scoops of vanilla ice cream, 1 and ½ cup of milk, ¼ cup whipped milk, 2 tbsp instant hot chocolate mix and crushed chocolate cookies as per your choice. When the mixture become smooth refrigerate and serve in your desired glass.
3. Orange and Banana Smoothie
Another highly nutritional recipe for your breakfast is orange and banana smoothie. Combine 1 cup cold milk, 1 banana, 2 oranges which are peeled and deseeded, ¼ cup sugar, 8 ounce fat free vanilla yogurt and a pinch of salt. Now blend altogether until smooth and add ice cubes as per your preference.
4. Corn Cereal
To add healthy breakfast to your diet, you can opt for this recipe. Boil 1 and ½ cup of sweetened corn in 1 and ½ cup of hot milk for about 30 minutes. The next step is to strain the milk and freeze it. After freezing you need to blend the frozen milk combining with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. You can top either with more cereals or fresh mint leaf.
5. Lemon Meringue
Blend all the ingredients which include 1 cup lemon sorbet, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp jarred lemon curd. After blending smoothly pour in a glass and top with 2 tbsp super fine sugar on it.
