Summers are here and so is the problem of dehydration. Dehydration is a condition in which the body falls short on water supply and starts feeling excessively thirsty.  Our body is dependent on water for its proper survival and without adequate amounts of water, the human body can start feeling week and inactive.  This summer, avoid getting dehydrated and opt for the following 10 foods which will keep you well hydrated.
