One may have fish; an average sized fish contains around 83 calories, Haddock which contains 88 calories in 3.5 oz, Cod which has 83 calories in 3.5 oz, Flounder which has 90 calories in 3.5 oz, Crab Meat which has 100 calories in 3.5 oz and various other fishes such as Halibut, Lobster, Shrimp, Tilapia and Red Snapper which contain more or less the same amount of calories as the ones mentioned above. HCG Diet also includes very lean beef which contains 152 calories (average size) and chicken breast that has 87 calories in 3.5 oz. One may even have various low calorie vegetables including broccoli, Cabbage, Celery, Cauliflower, cucumber, spinach, etc as a part of the HCG Diet.
